 fix(core): avoid keycode macros conflict in C files (#3498) 
Including <dt-bindings/zmk/keys.h> from C code pulled keycode aliases
like HASH, colliding with SoC headers such as STM32H5's HASH peripheral.
Include only the HID usage and modifier headers C code needs, and drop
the redundant include in behavior_hold_tap.c. Keymaps are unaffected.
